Dear Students,

Students who wish to apply for the recognition of the course CP 408 Supplementary Curricular Course (3+0)3 are required to note that the activity/activities to be credited must have been completed before the beginning of the semester.

Applicants should carefully review the attached guideline and submit the required documents in person to the Department Secretariat together with a petition no later than 24 February 2026. It is important that contact information is clearly stated in the petition.

In addition to the application documents, the following must be included:

• A portfolio documenting the completed activity,

• High-quality submission of all documents (especially the portfolio),

• An evaluation letter regarding the activity, to be obtained either from the course instructor or from an authorized representative of the relevant institution,

• The activity program, covering a minimum duration of 15 days.

If the application is reviewed and approved by the relevant faculty member, the course coded CP 408 may be added by the student or their academic advisor during the course add/drop period specified in the academic calendar.
