Dear Students,

Students who wish to apply for credit recognition of the course “CP 408 Supplementary Curricular Courses (3+0)3”must ensure that the activity(ies) they intend to count toward the course have been completed before the semester begins.

Applications must be submitted in person to the Department Secretariat no later than September 30, 2025, along with the required documents specified in the guideline.

Please note: A portfolio showcasing the work completed must be included in the application documents.

We would also like to emphasize the importance of the quality of the submitted documents, especially the portfolio, as well as a written evaluation letter from the instructor of the course.
